Over 3.5 means three goals and above must come from the match while under 3.5 means the goals must not be more than 3 goals from the match
Clarification purpose
Over 3.5 goals
Over 3.5 goals simply means that the the total number of goals in a match @ full-time, would be four(4) and above.
Example: 2:2,3:1,4:1,4:0,3:2,3:3,5:0,5:1
On the other hand;
Under 3.5 goals
U.3.5 means total goals @ full-time must not exceed three(3) and below.
Example: 0:0,1:0,1:1,2:0,2:1,3:0
